All Clean Everything

All Clean Everything entered in to a 90 day contract with me effective January 2022 and cancelled the contract on March 13, 2022 without delivering ANY services for the month even though they was paid in full for March on February 20th because according to Mrs. Dickson all payments had to be made in advance! I've had a few conversations with the owner Mrs. Dickson over the phone when she would answer me and a handful of email exchanges. Mrs. Dickson states her company doesn't offer refunds and I'm alright with but you have to render the services that you are paid for. On 03/13 Mrs. Dickson stated All Clean Everything would process the refund for services not render. I gave a raving review the first time because if you did you'll get $25 off your next payment and she did keep her word and gave the discount. It's ashame I have paid good money for bad customer service!

I hired her in April for a standard clean before real estate pictures. She did ok. I asked her to come back a few days before I moved out but there was an issue and I asked to reschedule. She was willing to waive a fee if I paid in full. However, she misunderstood and said because I was moving I needed a move out clean and it was unacceptable that my house wasn’t empty. The problem was I never said it would be empty and we still lived there. I just wanted a house cleaning. After back and forth over text because she refused to talk on the phone, she said she couldn’t clean so I said I cancel. She said she’d refund me but she never has and is now accusing me of being someone else and having never used her. I have the proof she’s been before and proof of the misunderstanding. If she shows up and cleans it will good but she needs to work on communication and actually talk to people not text. She needs to be clear on what she considers move out cleaning vs standard cleaning.
