It's almost impossible to get a hold of someone at the office so it was just short of a miracle that I actually got an appointment scheduled. I called five times and left two voicemails and even tried to schedule an appointment through email with no response. On the sixth call (over course of fourweeks), I finally got hold of somebody and scheduled an appointment. Granted, this was a popular Groupon deal so I understand they were probably slammed the first few weeks with phone calls, but I waited almost two months after I bought the Groupon to try and schedule an appointment. Of course, when the day of the appointment came, nobody showed up at the house. I called the office and as expected, nobody answered the phone so I left a voicemail. I never received a callback or any notification that the appointment would be a no show. Suffice it to say, I will be contacting Groupon to return the vouchers and never use this company again. I sure hope their carpet cleaning business is more repsonsive than this.
