Am somewhat disappointed with the office staff. I called recently with an inquiry about the invoice, and to let them know that the technician did not arrive on the afternoon of the scheduled day, nor did they call to let me know they would not be coming. When I contacted the office recently to question the charge amounts on the invoice, I received an email the following day that my service has been cancelled! This is an unprofessional response; just because I questioned the charges on the invoice for dates that the technician did not service the yard, the office manager sent an email cancelling my service.

They are very very good and do a good job. They are on time. They quality of work was good. I would use them again in the future.

I contacted All About Doody to check on their prices to remove my dog's waste in the backyard. They came out within a few days of agreeing on the frequency and my backyard was waste free in no time! They continue to come every week and let me know ahead of time when they need to reschedule for holidays or other reasons and I am able to do the same when I travel and not get billed for the week they do not come out. I receive my invoices via PayPal so do not have to share my credit card/banking details. All About Doody has taken a job I hated doing away and given me more time to spend with my dogs doing fun stuff!!

Excellent customer service; any concerns are promptly addressed. It costs $20 a week to clean the poop of 3 large dogs (once weekly).

It's great. They are wonderful.
