He took it apart, blew out the motor which clogged up and it works perfecct. Reasonable price. also carried it to and from my car.

I am very satisfied with the service I received. The owner was responsive to my needs. He repaired the vacuum quicker than expected for the estimated price. I recommend that if you need a repair or new equipment, this is a provider to use.

I am VERY pleased....

My vacuum cleaner started smelling bad and I suspected it was in need of new belts.  I took it to a near-by vacuum store and they told me the vacuum cleaner was old and they couldn't get parts for it.  And then they wanted to see me a new vacuum cleaner, a brand I had never heard of.  I walked out.  The next day took my vacuum cleaner for Alief Vacuum.  They replaced the 2 belts in the vacuum cleaner for $27.  And they did it while I waited - took them about 15 minutes.

I’ve been going to them for years. You just drop it off there I got it back the next day. He is fabulous. He did a good job. I’m very pleased with him. In fact, I went there on a Monday and it was closed but they said to come in so that was fine and great.

All went well

I emailed Alief Vacuum after reading about them on line and told them I wanted a MD Central Vacuum System installed our new home.
Stuart emailed back what it would cost which included the total install plus the canister and the all the necessary pieces for vacuuming:  hoses and attachments.
He also recommended someone who could do the sheetrock repair from where the outlets were installed.  He came on the same day so that was done at the same time. 
Bob  was the installer who has done vacuum system installations for many years and everything was done with no problems.  I love the system and would recommend Alief to anyone interested in a central vacuum system.

Overall, it was okay.  They forgot to screw the bottom plate back on the vacuum and I had to return it so they could finish it.

The in-house vacuum cleaner stopped working.  It is a $2 million home and we didn't know who to call.  I had called two other places and made an appointment with one.  I didn't feel comfortable with the company I had called and called A-1 Vacuum where I had done business before and they referred me to Alief Vacuum and Cleaning. The owner came out THAT NIGHT (6:30 p.m.) and it took him two hours, but it was working like a charm when he left.  He even took the time to clean the filter for us.  The charge was very nominal for an after-hour call -- he was funny too!  Very, very nice man.  If you would like to have someone clean your vacuum or purchcase a vacuum cleaner (which I have now done from Alief!), these people are HONEST, reliable and do a GREAT job. 

Highly recommend! Really nice guy!! Called me when vac was ready.
