There were no hassles with this closing, they provided timely delivery of our paperwork. Fees (for buyer) seemed average compared to others: $285 settlement/closing fee, $85 doc prep fee, $100 title insurance ($1476 from seller)(based on $210k sales price), $137 endorsement fees.
