Service provider agreed to show up last week , 9/14/13, to perform the tile replacement but re scheduled for 9/21/13. He did not show up, call, or email. I left a message on his phone and sent an email in the morning of 9/21but he did not respond to either one. We waited all day for him on 9/21/13.
 I would expect that service providers that belong to Angie's List would at least have the courtesy to call or email if they cannot show up.  I would not recommend this service provider.

I never received a call from them, I had to call them.  The service provider stated it was not the type of work that he does

A.J. was so helpful from directing me to the best place to shop considering my budget to the right grout color.  He went the extra mile by directing me to a helpful salesperson who in turn helped me get the order placed in a timely fashion .  He had to make repairs on broken tiles in both bathrooms.  He has a great demeanor that made me feel very comfortable as I made decisions about the projects.  He was punctual, keep the workspace neat and cleaned up after the project.  He did a great job on the floor.  I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends for work in there homes.

The person I spoke with described the services he provides, and it is different than what was advertised in the coupon.

AJ does excellent work.  He is so easy to talk to.  He discussed every step of the job with me.  He made sure I knew what he was doing at all times.  He is very easy to reach.  He responds immediately.  I definitely plan to use him again.

AJ is GREAT!  He is SO professional, pleasant and considerate.  He always responded promptly to my texts and phone calls.  He was prompt arriving on time each day.  He worked with me on my availability which meant he had to come in the evenings most time.  He even came over on the 4th of July to install the faucets.  Now, that's committed to getting the job done.  I will be using him again on another project in the very near future.  If you want the job done right and by someone who cares, call AJ!

AJ did a WONDERFUL job.  When he got to my home (about a day after I spoke with the company to setup the visit), I told him that I would probably need some help with coming up with a design.  I had layed a beautiful chocolate color tile in my toilet area,  but decided to use a lighter tile in the bathroom itself to make it look larger.  I told AJ that I didn't know how to tie the two together, but since the tile in the toilet area was the contrast to the tile in the bathroom, they both had the same shade and patterns (the chocolate had the lighter color tile shade in the pattern and the lighter color had the chocolate color shades in its pattern).  AJ talked be through a couple of possibilities without having to tear out the toilet tile.  He also talked to me about exactly what they were going to do to the floor, shower stall and around the tub.
As he and his co-worker layed the tile he would call me at various points to explain to me what they were doing and why.  He also asked me if I was okay with what they were going to do.  A couple of times I had to stop and think hard to try and vision what he was talking about and at one point I said I wasn't sure.  AJ told me that if I had to think about it then don't do it, he said that I had to be 100% sure because I had to live with it.  That made me feel better and I made a different decision which turned out to be the right decision.  He walked me through every single step.  The pattern he helped me decide on is beautiful and the pattern he helped me decide on to tie the toilet area and bathroom together is perfect.
AJ was extremely polite, courteous, professional, and extremely efficient.  He cleaned up after their work everyday before they left and he told me exactly what they would be doing the next day.  They showed up exactly when they said they would and worked very quietly.  I am extremely  happy with the results.  He even fixed a chipped tile in my kitchen!  I have shown some co-workers pictures of his work and two have already asked me for his card.
