They installed and provided maintenance on my unit. They were ok.

Excellent and no problems

Our air conditioner died, and was not meant to be revived. Our son had his first asthma attack, and it was sad. We called them, and they were out the next day. They said they would stay until it was finished. It ended up being a lot longer than they had thought. It ended up being 2:00 in the morning, and they were there the whole time. When we could come back, the house was clean. They didn't mess up anything. No dust or dirt. They cleaned everything. I could bring my son home. They weren't leaving until it was done. Didn't say it was cheap. I was worried about my child. I wouldn't bring him in anything dirty or dust. They are our provider now.

We have been so happy. How reasonable the price was.

The Condenser unit that was originally installed failed within 1 year of installation. they came out and replaced.  I haven't hit the 5 year mark and I suspect I have another coolent leak.  
I called and left a message with their 24/7 answering system at 7pm.  It is 10:30 pm and I have not received a return call.  
I am disappointed in the quality of the product they installed and now in their customer service.

I wasn't real thrilled with Airteam's work. I am not sure I will call them again when we need service. We called them this time, because they were who originally installed the unit.
