I almost don't want to share my experience with the at large public . I want to keep Aire Serv all to myself.. Top noch experience from initial contact through completion of service call. Aire Serv kept me informed all times via phone calls & texts. Told me which tech would be servicing my system - who is a Marine vet..so I knew I was in VERY capable hands... a VERY thorough job from start to finish. He answered every question I had . Aire Serv IS my HVAC contractor here on out. The others are just as capable & professional . This company goes above & beyond just enough to really stand out above the crowd. If I was in the HVAC business and wanted to hire a technician it would Mr.Marine Veteran. The owner of the company obviously KNOWS what service oriented means.

Called our regular service which could not be out until the next day. Aire Serv sent someone out immediately who was able to diagnose the problem but had to allow our equipment to thaw due to freezing of the coils. They brought a portable AC unit which we could use to sleep overnight an completed the repairs the next day. Efficient, thoughtful and solved the problem.

I m so thankful that Aire Serv was able to come and fix the problem with our ac so quickly. We called on Easter Sunday and they were able to come and fix everything and even explained everything . We are so happy with their service and Miguel was so nice ! Would definitely recommend them to friends and family !!!
