Central A/C - Service or Repair
If it was possible to rate a company lower than one star I would do so. Based on Air City A/C & Heating LLC service experience , I would rate this company -5 stars.
If you value professionalism, communication, and even a modicum of competence and respect from a business, I implore you to NEVER, EVER, EVER use this company. The only aspect they excel in is providing horrible service. Moreover, they offer no reputable level of correction or interest in improving their service.
In a field where you can literally choose from dozens upon dozens of different A/C or heating services in the Houston area, you would be hard pressed to find a company as inept as Air City A/C & Heating. Save yourself the time and stress, do not use this company.

They gave a free estimate and were able to replace a sensor in the heater instead of replacing the entire heating unit. They were reasonable and quick. I highly recommend them!

My experience with Air Texas was great. I went through five different companies trying to secure quotes for a system install. We ended up choosing Jose and his team because he provided a fair price and exceptional service. No project is perfect, but Jose was flexible and and adapted to my change requests until he was able to finalize the agreement and totally remove all my old equipment and install a new AC unit and heater. Now we are comfortable and my family is happy. We recommend that you connect with Air Texas.
