Air Oracle

Like many, we experienced A/C issues after the May 16 storm that hit Cypress. Once we had power, Air Oracle sent a crew that day and continued working with us until all the issues were resolved - some of which were holdovers from a horrible HVAC contractor. James and his employees are all pros! And, contrary to many in the HVAC industry, Air Oracle did not try to "upsell" us. Everyone at Air Oracle was simply focused on helping us get the A/C running. In the end, the cost was fair and we have a high degree of confidence in their work.

Air Oracle, and James Garner, are second to none. They responded quickly to my request for service, arrived when they said they would, accurately diagnosed the issue, and effectively fixed it. James is one of the best HVAC guys I’ve ever met, but more important than that, he is simply a nice guy. I will never use another HVAC company again! Thanks, James & Air Oracle!

Excellent work at great price. Very professional and arrived promptly on time. They treated me like I was family and called back a few days later to check in to make sure everything was functioning properly. Can't recommend this company enough. Great service!

Couldn't have asked for better service. Submitted a request on their website Sunday afternoon and had an email response within 30 min. Set up an appointment for the next morning and even got a phone call 30 min prior to arrival (which I requested). Ivan and his helper were on time and listened to my explanation of what was happening. He went into the attic and fixed it within 30 min. Gave me before & after pics. Also did a heating inspection and found NO issues (which has never happened with other A/C companies). James gave me a call to check back on their service and I couldn't be happier. Because they didn't try to screw me, I'm signing up for their semi-annual maintenance service. Hope I won't need anything major for awhile but if I do, I'm definitely using Air Oracle. Hope others have the same great experience I did. #Happy Customer.

It was wonderful. They were here on time. They did not make a mess on my house. I recommended them to several websites already. They took care of the problem. They have a reasonable prices. All the job they have done to me was terrific.

I have been having issues every summer. Air Oracle came out made an assessment and said a new unit would be needed. I was only band aiding the solution each time I had someone come out. Air Oracle gets my vote on honest dependable service Hans down I am so glad I had the tech I did because he helped me to get financing at an affordable rate and is now a lifelong friend. I tell everyone who may be in the market to have a honest, dependable company on your side to look no further. This is your guy!!

He did a lot of work for me. It was very good. They were professional. They were on time. They never over charged me. They did the work right. They would come back.
