AIR AMERICA DUCT CLEANING

Everyone was professional, very nice and as far as I know did a good job. They worked from the attic, so I couldn't see what they did, but I don't have a lot of dust on my floors or furniture, and I have all Tile and Wood, no carpet and without seeing what they did in the attic, it's the best I can tell you. I'm 82 and don't climb the steep garage stairs to get into the attic, but they were there long enough to do a good job and I don't seem to have a lot af dust and my utility bills are very low, so I can only surmise they did a good job. They did a very good, extremely thorough job and I was pleased with their service. They were reasonably priced as well.

Crew of 3 showed up late, after calling. They took 1.5 hours to do everything but it was nearly 6 pm before they left, making me late to pick up my kids from day care. Appointment was to get the air ducts cleaned but 1 of them brought me up to the attic and showed me what he said was dry mold on the blades of the blower. So that was cleaned on both blowers, plus they sanitized and disinfected all the air ducts. He quoted me $1200 for this (mind you I had expected $89 x 2 just for the duct cleaning) so imagine my shock. We negotiated $975 split out over 3 months, auto billed to my credit card. They forgot to perform my free dryer vent cleaning. There could have been better clean up under each air vent area too. I called back to say my dryer vent was never cleaned, the receptionist was very polite and apologetic, and we scheduled an appointment but no one ever showed up. I'm calling them again on Monday.

Air America Duct Cleaning did a really good job on our home for us. The duct cleaning was done timely and they made sure to keep the dust and dirt confined. While they were cleaning, the men were very pleasant and didn't tear the house up while inside. We got a new air conditioning unit at a great price, and they also come out to service it annually. With the ducts clean now, we can really tell the difference in the air flow for our home.

I WAS MOST PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK DONE ON MY AIR DUCTS. THEY CLEANED UP THE AREA AFTERWARDS. HOWEVER, I HAD THEM TO CLEAN MY CARPETS USING A COUPON OFFERED BY THE COMPANY. I THINK THEY SHOULD STICK TO DUCTS, THEIR SPECIALTY. THEY ARRIVED TWO HOURS LATE, AFTER CALLING. CARPET STAINS WERE STILL PRESENT AFTER DRYING TIME. MY DAUGHTER IDENTIFIED SEVERAL BOTTLES OF ''DOLLAR TREE'' LABELED CLEANERS USED BY THEM. NOT GOOD. DUCTS-YES, CARPETS-NO.

QUITE PLEASED WITH THE EXPERIENCE and THE RESULTS. I WAS MADE VERY CONFIDENT IN THEIR KNOWLEDGE and ABILITY. THEY MET ALL THEIR COMMITMENTS TO ME. QUITE IMPRESSED.
