General Remodeling
Fred Brock was able to adjust his schedule on short notice to inspect the house. He did an extremely thorough job and the whole process took almost 4 hours. He was able to identify issues with the AC unit, roofing, and most importantly foundation issues with the house. It took two days after the inspection for us to get the written report, but he communicated with us and let us know of the major findings along the way. It certainly felt that he has our best interest in mind in the whole process. The report is very detailed and have pictures to support each finding. We ended up terminating the contract with the house and was glad that we had a thorough home inspection report to support our decision.
