I've waited so long to do review I don't remember the cost.
The technician arrived in less than 2 hours. He was able to determine that my system needed to be charged, and charged it appropriately. Woo hoo!! Cool air!! He called Keith, who agreed to honor my expired coupon, which gave me a huge discount towards the whole call cost.
I am grateful beyond words. Everyone from start to finish was professional, and helpful. I will not hesitate to call them this winter when I am replacing this system.

Let me first say that everyone I dealt with was professional in every sense of the word, from being prompt, to respectful, to communicative, etc.
My first technician, Ben, came for the $69 service call. He went through the usual diagnostics and added freon to both my units. I ended up paying extra for more freon (which of course the markup is too much, but this a personal opinion as opposed a knock on Advantage since every a/c service charges a lot for R-22, with the excuse that it is being phased out, more expensive, yada, yada).
The first service was fine, except that I am one of those unluckies where something breaks down right after the service call. About four days after the first service, my A/C broke. I never believed or was paranoid that it broke due to something the technician did. It was just unlucky I think. So I texted Keith back and he was very responsive and set something up quick.
My second technician was James. Again very professional. James determined that the compressor had failed. I was worried that this would be very expensive - and it turned out to be half true. James called the a/c manufacturer and luckily the compressor was still under warranty (with two months left). Unfortunately the part was back ordered for another week. James said they would call around and see if another place has it. They were able to get one two days later. James did the install (third trip to my place) and everything went smoothly. It was a flat charge was for the compressor change out.
All in all, I think Advantage did a great job.
