It went well. Really nice guy. He fixed exactly what he said he would.

First visit, Cory came out and replaced the heater coil. 2 days later Cory had to come back, Hester stopped drying again. 4 days later Cory had to come bac, heater getting hot but drum not turning. 5 days later (I worked 4 days straight so I didn’t use the dryer) now the dryer is super heating and the motor is making horrible noises. I asked for a different technician, had to wait 4 days for availability and I get a call, 15 minutes before the end of the service time window, it’s the same technician and he’s 45 minutes away!!! I cancelled the appointment, after 4 calls to the company, and have asked for a refund. I now have to go buy a new dryer.

The service technician arrived almost an hour after the end of the service window provided. Apparently, the tube that delivers water had frozen and had to be thawed. He took the refrigerator apart to do so. Upon putting it back together the valve from which the water flowed was tilted upward, making it harder to get water without spilling. He also, somehow, warped the water spill tray and it therefore no longer fits. Additionally, he didn’t fully put the fridge back together because the bumper on the bottom keeps falling off and we have to continue to put it back on. Now, approximately 10 days after this shoddy (at best) repair, we are having the same issue - and will have to go thru this all over again.
