Then, I lost another $450 on anothe property he was suppose to rewire. He did it incorrectly, and there was no outlet for the washington machine.
"September 5, 2012 To Whom It May Concern: ADG does not wish to resolve this matter with complainant, as ADG performed the contracted work in a timely and satisfactory manner. Our responses to the aforementioned individual’s complaints are as follows: 1. Complainant alleges that ADG ruined the electricity on one of her properties. At said property, ADG performed no electrical work whatsoever, per agreement. At the time ADG provided complainant a formal proposal, ADG informed complainant that her home would likely require electrical work, as said home was rather old in age. However, complainant decided against said work, as it was not within complainant’s budget. Accordingly, per the proposed agreement (as stated on the proposal/invoice for the home), ADG performed no electrical work on the home. ADG is not responsible for a pre-existing condition. 2. Complainant alleges that ADG “stole my personal building supplies”. At the time ADG began work on complainant’s homes, both properties were vacant. Therefore, there were no supplies to steal. 3. Complainant alleges that ADG did not install the plug for the washing machine at one of her properties. Complainant also alleges that ADG did not perform various other tasks for which she contracted ADG. ADG completed all items set forth in written agreements. Before complainant made final payment for work on both properties, complainant performed a final inspection. Complainant made final payment and brought no issues to our attention. 4. Complainant demands that ADG reimburse her for what she claims is “corrective” plumbing work performed by another contractor. Complainant alleges that ADG ruined the plumbing in one of her homes. At said home, ADG performed no plumbing work whatsoever, per agreement. The invoice for said home contains no line item(s) for plumbing, per agreement. The plumbing issue complainant speaks of is not the result on any direct or indirect work ADG performed. Again, before complainant made final payment for work on both properties, complainant performed a final inspection. Complainant made final payment and brought no issues to our attention. Of Note: Complainant sent our company a hand-written thank you letter praising ADG for work performed. Said letter remains in ADG’s possession. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, ADG"
