The final result and professionalism from start to finish exceeded my expectations. Steve with Adams Tile and Plaster worked with me from initial bid, was on site every day through construction, and guided me through the critical but simple Pebble Tec pool start-up. I accepted his contract in April 2016 but wasn't able to start until February 2017 when no leaves or debris were falling. When I was ready to go, Steve started on my job within a few days. The job (retile and replaster with Pebble Sheen Irish Mist) took 4 days, Monday through Friday, with one rain day. Steve was on site every day for hours, his crew each day was experienced and diligent, and Steve or his crew chief answered my every question. Steve noticed some additional problems I had and corrected them also (experience is a plus here). By Friday night my pool was filled, the pump was running, and the job site was immaculate. (BTW, when I wrote Steve a check at completion, it was for exactly the amount we had agreed upon 10 months prior). Then the pool start-up process began. With Steve's daily advice over the phone, and my checking the pool water chemistry and following his advice re: pH and total alkalinity, then calcium hardness, etc., my chemistry was balanced after 7 days as expected. Stressless job for me, resulting in an excellent and gorgeous professional remodel with Adams Tile and Plaster. Thanks, Steve. Very professional, knowledgable and highly recommended! PS: Don't rely on millennial kids in the pool store for your pool water test. They don't take the time needed to do accurate testing and their results are consistent. Get a quality and easy-to-use pool test kit from TFTestkits.net and test your own water to avoid possibly major problems.

I called them because we used them three years earlier. The pool looks great and I'm sure we have no trouble selling it. It went just fine but we had to wait a little while because they were backed up on other jobs. They came when they said they were coming and they did it. We were out running an errand when they left. I like everything about them. They did the job you want done and they were very good at their work but we won't be using them because we are moving to an apartment.

Well I already had a pool that needed to be resurfaced so they sand blasted the old plaster and if there was bad spots in the plaster they fixed that they also did some other stuff but I'm not sure what it was.
They also replaced all plastic fittings were the water comes out when the pool is on and they matched it to the color of the pebble tech I picked. They always cleaned up there mess everytime they were there. It seem like the whole process from start and filling it up back with water was about a week and 1/2. Filling up the pool with water probably took the most time. You have to be real careful with your chemicals when you first start out. We have a pool service that came out and checked it every few days for about a week maybe longer. It is very important to do that. Overall I was pleased, I hope this helps.

Adam's Tile and Plaster didn't use any harmful chemicals. The air blasting dulled the tile quite slightly. We were pleased with the service.
