I spent about $3800. They're pretty friendly and they told me I had to be careful about selecting my appliances especially if I am selecting top of the line appliances. The staff treated me very well.

and helped me choose one with the features I was looking for, that's also energy efficient.  While there, I also asked him about refrigerators, as I wanted to replace my 21-year old fridge with an armoir style; so, Danny educated me about those, as well.  While Danny was in the office making a few phone calls to see if he could get a particular model for me, I wandered around the store, talked with a customer who remodels homes and said he buys all the appliances from Acceptance Appliance, and then found a different armoir refrigerator I really liked and went to ask Danny about it.  He showed me everything about it, and gave me a great price on it!  I love both the refrigerator and the washer, and will be going back to purchase the dryer to match the washer.

Great service, prices, everything. Well below big box store prices and well above them in service. Matt did a great job, and the installer he recommended Drew Green at Appliance Installers was in and out in an hour to recut our cabinets to make the new oven fit. Both very professional and nice.

Staff at Acceptance Appliance is great! The products that they sell (scratch and dent, factory returns, etc.) are excellent. Delivery was delayed because of an incorrect phone number but we did not consider that to be a problem.
We did encounter a problem with the refrigerator after it was delivered and installed that turned out to have been at least partially caused by the delivery company. They found it necessary to remove the doors to get the appliance into our house, and then failed to correctly reinstall the freezer door resulting in a bad seal which caused the fan motors to freeze up with excessive frost accumulation. We called for service from GE since the product was under warranty and the service technician corrected the problems. The appliance is now working great!

The product was delivered on time as promised and everything went perfect. I have used this company multiple times and always had great success. The products I have purchased have always been in perfect condition and worked well.

Acceptance Appliance had a great response time as I had a freezer full of meat and it was thawing. They were able to come right out and fix it right away so I didn't end up losing anything. I appreciated that as that was all of my holiday meat. They were very friendly and professional. They had a very reasonable price.

Acceptance Appliance Repair showed up on time and had everything they needed to fix my washing machine on hand. They got my washing machine up and running in no time as there was no lag time waiting for parts. I feel that they were very professional and friendly. The price was very reasonable and I am very satisfied with their service.
