Ray was very courteous and polite. However, courteous and polite apparently comes at a high price. Cleaning and 2 lbs. of Freon was $982. Additionally, they will tell you they can reduce the price (minor discount) if you purchase their maintenance plan. The maintenance plan is $288 a year and only gives you priority to non members when something breaks and the service fee is cheaper. I will not be using them again.

Absolutely the best AC company in town! Came out to my home which is 20 years old and assessed my furance and gave me a fair and reasonable price to have it all replaced! We will definitely have this team come back out for all future needs.

These guys were great. Rey listened to me and answered my questions. He was able to repair 1 unit, and the 2nd one we discussed the options. I had the 2nd one replaced, along with the rusted out 25 year old furnace. Jose and Albert did a great job getting the new system installed. Rey and his team were very professional, and very customer focused. They were extremely pleasant to work with, and did a great job. When they were done, they double checked everything they did, went over everything with me, and cleaned up everything. Buying an AC is not cheap, so getting things done right the first time is important. I definitely think I got my money's worth.
