In 2002, Abyss Pools & Spas, Inc. was created with one goal in mind, providing thier Clients with a product and service that is second to none. Family Owned and Operated, Swimming Pool Building and Renovating is a trade passed down through 3 generations in the Cruz Family since the late 1970's. Formerly a subcontractor for many well known Houston Area Pool Builders, we simply got tired of making the other guys look good, and decided to venture out on our own. With over 35+ years in the Greater Houston Area Swimming Pool Industry, We live and breath swimming pools. Its all we know how to do.

This company does a very good job of communicating price and process.  They  understood that my goal was to make the pool I already had look nice again, and that I did not want a completely redesigned pool. They were prompt and the crew was courteous.  They did a good job of replastering the pool, they finished on time, and were very good about coming out and following up with instructions as to proper pool maintenance.  I liked how the deck turned out, but it has started to crack again.  I am not sure that it is avoidable, because I think maybe this drought has created subsidence problems. I have not followed up with Abyss to inquire about recommendations to rectify this problem. I may decide to do so in the future.
