Terrible job. Waste of time and money. Still finding things they didn't do. All excuses and apologies; gave us a one hour credit on a bill for 10 hours. Did not want them to return and charge us more.

My experience was absolutely horrible with the Texas division of Absolute Cleaning, located on the northside of Houston. Ginger, the owner had a very unprofessional behavior on the date of service. We had an agreement for 2 workers but only one showed up. I called Ginger and spoke with her to reschedule but she spoke rudely to me and hung in my face. The employee, Shae, that came was very pleasant and of high spirits. However, I do not recommend this cleaning service due to the behavior of the owner which is usually a reflection of the company mentality and execution of services. I give this company 0 stars.

I can honestly say this was Absolutely One if not only worst experience. I arranged for Abso cleaning to come for a one time good cleaning for my handicapped mother with cerebral palsy. I’ve been away for 9 months so my mother hasn’t had any help with daily cleaning duties. I offered to stay and help the worker myself. Cleaning should have included the restroom and kitchen plus light vacuuming in living room. So worker shows up and gets ready to perform her job then says do you expect me to do the dishes? I said thats no problem, there are only 4-5 I’ll handle it, after that she asked what she needed to do.. I asked her to stArt in the restroom while I start in kitchen. She then told me she’s not right for the job and walked out! I then call the owner who was polite and apologized. I sent her pictures of the apt and kitchen wondering if it was to difficult if a job. Well now feeling embarrassed I didn’t know what to do. After I refused for her to send another worker on another day she harassed me with text messages nonstop. I Eventually had to block her. So long story short I was not only inconvenienced but harassed.

"The bathrooms still look very dirty, entire closet that wasn't cleaned at all...floors didn't look cleaned.. only thing i noticed were cleaned were the fans and the vent for the AC.. not satisfied with service...mainly both bathrooms just look very dirty look exactly how i left them"
