Great. Cost was $200 less than another well known glass company. Service was first class and employees were friendly. Actually serviced one vehicle the same day we called for a quote and serviced the other vehicle the next day. Would recommend them highly.

The job went wonderfully from start to finish. Chris was waiting for me when I arrived and then explained exactly what he was going to do and why, then asked if I had any questions. I was then able to go and relax in their very cozy waiting area while he got to work. Every so often he would come and ask if I wanted to have a look at various stages of the work. Deborah kept me entertained with interesting conversations while waiting the 1 hour safe drive-away time for the adhesive. If ever there was a family company that actually treats its customers as family, this is it! The windshield was perfectly fitted with no damage to the surrounding and the EZ tag was even transferred from the old windshield.. First class service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Able Auto Glass to anyone.

Owners do all the work. Owner will explain everything about the job. Price is very reasonable. My job cost more because
another company had replaced the windshield a few years  earlier and had broken most of the clips. Also the frame around
the glass was warped from Houston sun and heat. If you want the job done right then this is the place to go. Work is done at
their shop. No mobile service to my knowledge. Contact Chris or Deborah for an appointment. I don't believe you will be
disappointed with the quality of the service.

Provided great service and customer service. Treats the customer right. The guys were very friendly and provided great quality.

Rock chip was about the size of a quarter.   The repair was done about a month ago, and the crack has not grown.  After repair the rock chip is only barely visible when the sun shines on it at just the right angle.   This is a very low budget operation run by a husband and wife.  The office furnishings are spartan, but the people are very courteous and knowledgeable, and the work was good.

It was a young couple and they were awesome! I brought the car to them and left the car overnight. The car was ready when they said it was ready and looked great.

This is my third time using Able Auto Glass (3 different cars), and they have never disappointed. This windshield was the most difficult because the car has accident avoidance and lane changing warning cameras tied in with the rearview mirror. Chris provided me with articles about the job, and went into detail about the possibility of having to realign the cameras after installation. Just listening to Chris describe the details of the job, and how he was going to complete the installation gave me assurance that the job was in great hands. Typical of Able Auto Glass, they completed the job on time and without issues. My accident avoidance and lane changing warning system worked perfectly after installation. You might be able to find someone selling windshields made in China, installed by someone new to the business, and save a few dollars. To me, I would rather pay a fair price for quality work completed by professionals that understand the business. I highly recommend Able Auto Glass, and consider them the #1 Auto Glass Replacement and Repair company in the Houston Area.

Chris and Deborah (the Owners of Able Auto Glass) are, by far, the most thorough, responsive, professional, and customer-oriented providers with whom I have ever worked.  About a year before this most recent visit, I needed my windshield replaced because of rock damage.  This was in early 2013 (maybe late 2012), and I had a 2011 Nissan Maxima.  Shortly after I dropped off my car with Chris and Deborah, they called me and told me that, for some strange reason, Nissan no longer carried the type of windshield that was on my car.  We were all puzzled by this since the car was less than two years old.  While they knew they could obtain a slightly different windshield, they were concerned that there might end up being some leaks due to subtle design differences.  They offered to do some investigation, which I assumed would just be a few calls here and there.  That was not the case.  Chris and Deborah spent about 2 or 3 days conducting significant investigation.  They even prepared a PowerPoint presentation that illustrated the various windshields and the methods for replacing them, so that I could make an informed decision about how I wanted to proceed.
Ultimately, we decided that the slightly different windshield would work, and they replaced it within a matter of hours.  Despite all the legwork they did prior to replacing the windshield, they did not charge me a dime for that work, and only charged me for replacing the windshield.  The price was very fair.  I never had any issues thereafter, and had it not been or another errant rock that hit me on the highway, I would never have needed to have any follow-up work from the original project.
I will absolutely NEVER use another provider for this type of work.  Chris and Deborah are the best there is.  They are as honest as the day is long.  They care about their customers and clearly love what they do.
I recommend Able Auto Glass highly and without reservation.

Chris, the owner, repaired damage caused by previous poor installations. He emailed me pictures of the damage and repairs at various times and communicated throughout the process. I was very impressed as he could have easily just replaced the glass and left it for the next guy to deal with.

Able Auto Glass made the research on what windshield model had to be replaced by contacting the dealership and providing them my VIN number. They proposed the dealer option and the non dealer option which represent a serious cost difference. They were upfront on the difference in the cost and quality of both products. They replaced the windshield at their facility. They were able to remove the stickers from the old windshield and to replace them on the new one. I would recommend them for future work.

Excellent job. The new glass looked exactly like the original. Also removed all stickers on the old windshield and reinstalled on the new one. Used Dow Corning products (primer, adhesive, sealer, etc.).

Chris did a fantastic job replacing the front windshield and rear power window regulator of my teenage daughter's car. The windshield looks awesome and the rear window works like new. I now feel like my daughter has a safer car to drive. Chris updated me every step of the way. He showed me what the problem was with the regulator. While waiting in their comfortable and cool waiting room, Deb and I had a wonderful conversation. It made the time go by very quickly. They are both super people and they make a great team! I plan on taking my own car in for a windshield repair and power regulator repair in August. I also plan on referring their business to my friends and family. I highly recommend Able Auto Glass!

I arrived on time for my appointment and Chris was ready and waiting for me. He immediately directed me to pull my car into the work bay and began talking to me about the job. My windshield had a nickel-sized rock chip that was located directly in front of my face and even though he offered to try to repair it instead of replacing it, I knew I would not be happy looking at it every day. Both he and Deborah were very helpful and informative throughout the process and they continually were explaining things to me and showing me the work as the job progressed. At one point, Chris had some trouble with a stubborn screw that was in a difficult place and he was very concerned about how to proceed without damaging my vehicle. I was very impressed with his attitude and how careful he was at every step of the way. The screw was finally loosened without any damage and the rest of the work went smoothly. Chris was meticulous about removing the old junk that a previous installer had applied and then he carefully applied a new coat of sealant and touched up some spots that had started to rust. The job took longer than expected because of the initial delay and because he was carefully explaining to me everything he was doing, but Chris and Deborah both kept working cheerfully without any complaints until it was done. Chris also transferred all of my stickers to the new windshield for me. I was surprised that it was actually a very pleasant experience and I was glad to have met them both.

After numerous rocks have bounced off my windshield, I finally took one that created a long crack across the middle. I made the appt to replace the windshield. When I arrived, Chris said he probably could repair it, but that most people were not happy with big repairs in their main field of vision. Both Chris and Deborah were wonderful to work with! Finished on time at the rate quoted -also saved my registration, inspection, parking stickers and ez tag!
I would recommend Abel Auto Glass if you need to replace your windshield!

I called Chris late on a Friday afternoon to inquire on pricing and scheduling for three rock chips on my windshield. I was advised that he had other approintments, but could squeeze me in the following day. The price was right, but since I was out of town when I called, I elected to schedule a visit for my first day back. On my appointment day, I arrived ready to pay for the repairs, but as a result of our discussion while he was preparing for the repairs, he advised that my insurance would likely foot the bill and there may be no need to pay out of pocket. About forty-five minutes later, I was heading back home with completed repairs at no cost to me. In addition to saving me money, the work was completed in a timely and professional manner. He showed great attention to detail, and the quality of the work was great. Able Auto Glass found a potential repeat customer, should the need arise again.

It was great as usual.
The appointment was made a week in advance so they could order the correct windshield. They gave me an estimate at that point. At the appointment when rust was discovered under the old windshield they completely informed me of the options. I chose to address it and paid a reasonable price for the material.

Chris the technician is a detailed oriented professional. He will tell you straight if a chip is repairable or not. And Debbie the office manager is very helpful and assists you with the paperwork portion as well. They are small business owners who know their business and consistently provide great technical and customer service and support.

Do call for an appointment - give them time to do it right for you.

Angies List and liked the reviews that I read. I filled out the online form for an auto glass quote at ableautoglass.com. They called the next morning and said they could fit us in at 6:30pm which was great, since I would not have to miss work. My wife and I arrived right around 5:55pm and they were able to take us right away. Chris who did the repair was fantastic. He explained what he was going to do, what he expected the result to be and then did a masterful job. The eraser size crack was repaired to an almost invisible appearance. Deb who completed the billing paperwork was fantastic also. The cost was less than the estimate and we were back on the road in 30 minutes. My wife and I left, saying to ourselves that we were going to recommend them to anyone who needs auto glass work. Truly high quality outfit, they actually made us feel like family.

Took my wife's car to Able Auto Glass for a front window replacement. Received a very friendly welcome from Deborah, who assessed the damage and gave me an estimate.
Then Chris came out to see what needed to be done and explained costs if any other problems were discovered.
