AARON BROTHER'S ART & FRAMING

A callamity of errors from the beginning. I took a number of prized paintings in to be framed. The result was minor damage to a painting, services were several months overdue, I was forced to continually contact the store to check on progress, frame was damaged, frame was not square with the painting, I eventually through in the towel and returned one of the largest frames for a full refund but instead was charged again. Am currently out of pocket $470.76. If you treasure your art and wish to have it framed, do not take it here.

One piece I had no issues with. The other piece I had to bring back twice. The first time the mat was cut too large, the second time it was cut too small. They told us that we could take the material for the mat and frame and putting everything together to save money. After I returned the second time with the ill fitting mat, the manager was involved and they re-cut the mat and assembled the piece in the frame for me at no charge.
