They did an excellent work, the pricing was reasonable, very professional and personable.

Technician and service were top notch. Very responsive, prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, honest, and no pressure sales pitch. I just started using air conditioner this season and noticed it was not cooling as much as normal. Called Aaron's (using the phone number on Angie's List) on a Saturday morning at 9:40; left a message. Received a call back from Eric a few minutes later. Eric estimated he'd be out to my house between 11:00 and 1:00, and would call again about 30 minutes before arriving. Eric called back at 11:55 and said he'd be here with 30 minutes, which he was (12:18). He checked the upstairs unit (even put on those shoe booties before going up stairs) checked the unit then went outside and checked the outdoor unit. He checked for leaks on the outdoor unit (none) and determined that it needed between 1 and 3 pounds of the older freon. It hadn't had any or servicing in 3-5 years, so this was not unexpected. He added the freon and was all done by 1:25 PM. Note that this is the older freon and is more expensive than the newer freon. I will certainly call Aaron's again whenever I need help with the A/C. Wish I had known about them and called them in the past instead of other A/C service companies.

The technician Eric arrived during the time slot provided. He also called 30 mins before his arrival. He quickly got to start his inspection before installation and installed the thermostat and explained its usage and the app component of it. Overall the installation went well

The team was very professional. They arrived on time and hit the door working! there was no goofing off. The team was a well oiled machine! An all day process in 100*+ temperatures and they maintained their professionalism through out. Aaron came with the team to get started, and again at end of day. We bought the Klimaire mini-spilt A/C system online. It had good reviews, it was a good price and it arrived promptly. We bought it to cool our 2.5 car garage. Houston summers are, well, HOT! And we sometimes work in the garage. So it seemed a great idea.

What we didn't research ahead of time, was who was going to install the new system. But that shouldn't be any problem, because we live in the greater Houston area, right?? Wrong. Everyone I called from Angie's List courteously told me they couldn't help me. They either didn't handle and quot;those mini-split systemsand quot; or they only installed the brand they sold.

Hmmm... So I called the customer support number on the Klimaire Box, and got a fax machine. Hmmm again. So I called the number on their website. I got an answer, on a Saturday, a guy from the Accounting department, and he connected me with a guy who looked up who installs their units in the Houston area. Guess how many there are as if this writing. One... Aaron's. Hmmm yet again. So I'm thinking, this isn't good - I only have one choice - and by now I'm spoiled by Angie's List giving me lots of choices!!!

So I called the number I was given for Aaron's, still on Saturday. I immediately reached Eric. He was obviously knowledgable about the Klimaire system. And after a brief but clear description of what I needed to have done he quoted me a firm price. He even told me what I'd pay for any extra copper tubing that may be needed. Then came the catch. I couldn't get the install done until maybe late Tuesday or even Wednesday. Then it rained on Monday which threw them a day behind. But you know what? He still came out before noon on Wednesday and got it completely installed that day.

Eric and his assitant Bryan were both very professional and very pleasant. And I couldn't be happier with any apsepct of the work they did. I may have only had one choice in installers, but I'm glad it was Aaron's.
