Seemed professional but a definite upscale was required. Cleaned vents only as far as hose reached from attic a/c unit. $99 special cost $343.00 plus another $800 to clean and sanitize the whole vent. Did a good enough job for what we needed.

"Hello sir, hope you doing fine, it was 324$ (99$basic cleaning+224$plenum box deep cleaning that was full of bacteria and dust) It was necessary to offer you a deep cleaning as well because you haven't clean your system for a very long time. we offered you discounted price for it. remember! We are the only company in Houston that including in the package of 99$ brushing and vacuuming each duct from the attic other competitors just connect vacuum to one of the ducts and that's it. we were happy to serve you and we will be happy to serve you again we did for you very professional job and we are sorry to see this rate"

Excellent customer service and communication with great pricing. They cleaned and changed some of my air ducts and we are all breathing better as the ducts were over 16 years old. Also, I have noticed that our house is less dusty in between cleanings now. The technician was very communicative during the estimate, the planning and the actual work. They were prompt, kept our house clean during the process, and worked very hard for several hours, I would definitely recommend this company to others.
