It went well. The repair took a day and a half. They were on time. Very hard workers and the crew spoke English. The foremen was on the job the whole time. The job went well but we wish that they would have separated the top soil from the sandy soil. When they repainted the plants there was no top soil. They could of packed the soil better for the ground sunk. The company is family owned and everyone that we delt with was professional and honest.

The people at AAA are terrific to deal with. The work was done on schedule and with as little disruption as possible for a foundation repair. We had to make some scheduling adjustments pretty much on the fly, and Jerry, Chris and everybody there worked with us at every step. We called them on a recommendation from our neighbors. We now recommend them to our other neighbors.

The estimator was very professional. He provided a packet that included everything I needed, including an insurance certificate, and his trade organization's training certificate. The owner worked with me to get the price right. The installation crew was punctual, polite, and professional. I appreciated their integrity. They didn't cut up my deck but removed the boards carefully and individually and put them back again as good as new. They carefully preserved/trimmed the plants in the front planter. They did a decent job repairing the concrete that they had to remove. They dug around the water main and gas main so they wouldn't be stressed while raising the foundation. When they accidentally cut my TV cable, they told me about it immediately and were willing to pay for the service call. They thought they had cracked a window while raising the foundation and told me about it (but it was already cracked).

The repairs went smoothly

They were very professional. They came and were very punctual. I couldn't ask better but a better price. It was fair pricing. I decided to use them because of the time frame.

Our home had around 45 piers when we purchased it 8 years ago. The interior piers were under warranty by AAA, but the exterior piers were installed by others and had no warranty. Our house was unlevel by almost 5" and we got several bids but ultimately decided to use AAA, and we are very pleased we did. AAA's bid to level the house included a warranty on all piers going forward, even the ones they didn't install. Other companies were willing to adjust piers they hadn't installed, but they would not warrant the work. That was ultimately a huge selling point for us as we may sell our home one day. We were so pleased with the crew. Federico, the foreman, did a great job walking us through the process and overseeing the work. It was a 3 day job and he kept us engaged throughout. AAA leveled the house to within 7/10 of an inch (certified by a 3rd party structural engineer). There was minimal damage to the home as well. I highly recommend them.

They're an excellent company. They were excellent. I did research and they were the best.

This job required extensive work in and around my home. The supervisor, Frederico, explained every detail of the job. They moved and covered my furniture and removed plants from the front of the house.. Although my house was a total mess during the day, the men cleaned up each afternoon and covered holes so that I was safe during the night. The men were extremely polite and thoughtful. I was very impressed with the quality of the job and the men representing the company. I will recommend AAA Foundation, without hesitation!

The installation of interior and exterior piers was a major project. AAA's entire staff was professional and punctual throughout the entire process. All of my questions regarding the repairs, and the financing which AAA helped coordinate, were answered thoroughly, and AAA was concerned that I was informed and aware of what was going on every day. This family-owned local company wants to be a part of the community, and it shows.

I paid about $13500 for the job and they did it in July. I was pretty pleased with them. Everything was good.

They did what they said they were going to do. The job was finished in the exact amount of time that they told us it would be. This is a huge deal when dealing with contractors. My husband and I were very pleased. They did a great clean up after the project was finished. All around great job. I would highly recommend them.

contractor called e early to see if I could move up our meeting. the meeting was initially set for 4pm. I had to make some changes at work to be able to be at home at 4pm. contractor after survey appeared very defensive about some questions I had about the leveling process. contractor promised that he would send his information and quote within 1 week. contractor left abruptly / in a hurry and was not interested in answering any further. he was in a hurry to leave. to date I have not received the promised quote. no e-mail, no phone call.

They arrived on time and kept us informed of what was going on and cleaned up nicely afterward.

I am not an easily pleased person, and I give this company an A+! They were not the cheapest or the fastest company, but their solution was the most comprehensive which proved to be extremely important once the job was underway.

The repair quickly became more complicated when unforeseen problems arose. Had we not hired AAA and chosen one of the other companies who quoted the job, because of the nature of our foundation problems, we would have continued to have problems into the future as the competitors repair approaches would have totally missed the major items that needed to be repaired.

Victor, the foreman, was very professional and called on his extensive 20+ yrs of experience to repair our foundation. Since with foundations, you can't see what's under the house until you get there, what was needed for our home was beyond the scope of the original quote. The additional work was completed within the original time frame, without cost to us and with a strong commitment by AAA Foundation to do a A+ top notch job. In all, 14 piers were installed inside our house and 43 around the exterior of house and garage.

To insure the best solutions, three crews were needed. They worked hard and were careful to do their best. Victor was very actively involved in supervising and overseeing all their work and reviewing the end results.

There was a chunk of the old foundation that fell off and as a courtesy, the crew came back and repaired it at no cost, although it was truly not their responsibility. I greatly appreciate their generosity.

Overall, it was a pleasure doing business with AAA and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They did an amazing job with the foundation. You couldn't tell that they fixed the foundation. They performed the job in two days. I would definitely give them a good recommendation.

I was very impressed with how they installed this. They stuck it right in the sod. They had it done very quickly. So far there have been no foundation troubles. You can't see any cracks so I think its working. They cleaned up any mess and put things back the way they found them. I thought they were great workers since this is a hard job.

They did a fair job in a timely manner and their prices are very good. They cleaned up the mess very well and didn't tear our yard up anymore than they had to. I used them once, and they are coming back out to check their work.

The work that was done seemed to be excellent; they fixed the problems with our foundation. They explained to us what needed to be done to fix the existing cracks and also what we could do to prevent any more problems. We took the advice and had them do the work for us. Well, there wasn't a lifetime warranty available on the work and now we know why. The cracks have shown back up and when we noticed them, they basically said it s tough luck. We are not pleased at all with the way the company has acted about the new cracks.

AAA was hired and paid in full in advance. It took them four months to even start the job and that was with constant calling on our part. When they finally started, they only worked sporadically for about three days and it should have taken one. Then three months after the job was completed, the house started to sag back to the same side. We have called non-stop for five months, and they have refused to come out and do it right. I fear we may have to take legal action to get any results.
