Except for running an hour late (they texted....called and kept us informed on delay) the service was exceptional. 3 men came and remained pleasant, careful and continued to work at an admirable pace on a hot day and up a third floor walkup.  It was a two stage move....first the truck went to midtown and picked up furniture from daughters apt and moved it to the loft. After that move, they came to my apt and picked up more furniture (including a sofa bed) to be carried up the taller than normal stairs to the loft.  Cesar had quoted a flat rate without complete understanding of the difficulty...When he gave the quote, she did not know where she was moving, but he honored his quote.
    The men were clean and polite, the truck was also well maintained and clean. Movers had wrap, blankets and all tools needed for assembly and disassembly. Great experience for a very tough move.
Both my daughter and I would recommend these guys again!  Reserve as far out as possible....
