It was fast and easy !

They met me at the storage facility, drove their equipment to my storage bin and helped me remove the paper from their containers to place in their shredding machine. They were on time and were able to do the work on a Saturday, as this was the only day I could get to the storage facility. Pricing was a little higher than others, but the experience was positive.

Very good. Price was very reasonable. It was done very professionally and I got to watch it and it was well done. I went to another company and they seemed to be closed for good. I got an address to go to from this company and there was a shredding truck parked at the facility. They got the stuff out of my car and I didn't have to do anything. They told me to stand over by the truck and I got to watch it be shredded , I paid them then was done.They will come to your business but charge more. They were waiting for me to come out.

It went fantastic! I was actually out running numerous errands that day. This company offered to have a technician meet me at a public location, that was very convenient for me. The serviceman processing all of my bags was very efficient, effective, and professional. What great service from an excellent company! Highly recommend!

Start to finish: all was as hoped for! From the owner - with whom I corresponded both by phone and email several times - to the fellow who came and did the works, all was stellar. The owner worked with us on pricing since we were offering this as a 'gift' to our neighbours (we paid for) which was especially appreciated since it was a Saturday (normally need to book more hours = increase $). The operator was very professional, practiced good safety practices, accommodated us as we needed (drove up and down our street, stopping a couple of times, honking to let people know he was there), explained to each family how their papers/security would be shredded and could watch the process. WHat more can I say? They were top-notch! No reason to look any further...and is now our go-to shredding co.

A-1 Shredding came to my home today to shred a huge amount of papers that had accumulated from one of our businesses during the past several years. I had several large trashcans full, enough to fill up the back of my minivan. I was putting off hiring a professional because I had no idea how much it would cost. I finally decided to call this morning because I took the day off work to have some issues repaired at my home. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to work me into their schedule today. The technician called me about an hour before he arrived at my home. He was very cordial and professional when he arrived. The papers were shredded on site in their large truck. I was pleased that the bill was under $200. I wish I had called them sooner. I definitely recommend this company to others and will use them in the future.

I was contacted within 1 day of purchasing the service through Angie's List on Sept 19, 2015. I discussed what services were offered, the costs for additional services and shredding of electronic media. I received ample information to know what to expect the costs. A-1 called to confirm the appointment twice and gave me a courtesy call an hour before arrival on the day of service, which was today. Chris, the service rep, arrived within the time promised and was very friendly and professional. He explained the process, gave me a certification of the destruction and offered me the opportunity to see the destruction of our documents, explaining what was occurring during the destruction. Chris stacked the boxes containing the documents destroyed and completed the job in 30 short mins. He was a consummate professional and the service was impeccable. I will u as A-1 again.

The only issue is that the price was much more than advertised.  But overall I was willing to pay for the great job that they did.

They were wonderful.  It was mobile; they came to our house so it was great.  They were polite and it did not take them long to do it.  It was very business like.

The rep was quick, courteous and efficient. He had collected and then shred all of my documents in less than an hour.  I would definitely use A1 Shredding again in the future.

We met at a location of mutual agreement. Service was performed almost immediately. Very courteous employee.
