Ryan with A1 electric walked me though the process. I told me what I needed to buy to save some money and even allowed me to text him while I was shopping to make sure I purchased the right stuff. He came back as expected and did a great job.

Durell Jacob was awesome. He gave me a bid to do the work I requested and had everything done within 2 1/2 hours. He also noticed I did not have a surge protector on my main box, he got that installed in the same time. The work he did was just what I asked for. Additionally, he was respectful, kind and knowledgable.

Another company told me my compressor is done and need new ac unit. Jason came, checked the system. Compressor is fine. Just needed can motor and contactor. As of now, ac is working fine! Fingers crossed!

I had A1 Plus Service come to my house to look at some outdoor outlets that were not working . Jose Herrera showed up on time and ready to go. Jose is a very respectful, knowledgeable, and professional young man. He did a great job and explained every step of the process. If I could leave "No Stars" I would. I am located in Texas City, called on Monday for a "Visual Estimate" for Ducting. I was put on the schedule of 1pm-4pm window for Tuesday. Received text to confirm appointment, and I did. Tuesday @245pm I called to get status, was advised they would call to see where & how long it would be & would call me back with an ETA. 4;04PM, NO CALLBACK, NO ETA, NO SHOW NO CALL FROM TECHNICIAN. If you can not adhere to "your schedule", then why was I put on one?

The technician didn’t perform the cleaning that should have been done and did overcharge my system with refrigerant and leave the condenser caps off, causing a leak. When I scheduled a follow up I was charged another $79 for a technician to completely fail to see the real problem and tell me my condenser coil was leaking and my best option was to replace the whole system for nearly $10,000. I called my parents’ trusted technician for a second opinion and he found the issues and repaired them immediately and said the last technicians clearly didn’t know what they were doing and massively overpriced their quote. They also left their licensing information off of the invoices - a legal violation the licensing board takes very seriously. I reached out Thursday afternoon to get my money back and I’ve had no response at all.

I wasted three days dealing with A1 Plus with zero results. First scheduled appointment, the technician failed to appear without prior warning. Second appointment, technician arrived but failed to complete the service because he lack the required parts. This tech stated he would return the following morning by 10am. He failed to appear. Spoke with customer service rep, she stated would call me back after doing some research. After several hours, I contacted A1 Plus again only to be told they are not authorised to service Kohler generators. I disclosed my type of generator on Angi's List and during the initial telephone contact.

I was not very happy with the price to fix my electrical problem that I was quoted on. However, Abel Alfarro and Jerrod did a great job, were fast, and explained the electrical problems and issues encountered. They provided great customer service.

Friendly, and the technician seemed to want to get results to my satisfaction.

They were right on time and were very professional with no pressure. Haven't made decision yet but plan to very soon.
