He did an excellent job! These were hard to reach due to the difficulty in placing a ladder in this location. It was also difficult because the windows are over 50 years old and have vinyl snap-in glazing. He tackled it with a great attitude and replaced the broken panes. In addition, he came to make the repair within 2 hours after I called. The company also offered the most competitive pricing of the 3 that were contacted. I was very satisfied with the service and highly recommend them.

The work was scheduled for today between 12:30 and 1:30. Robert and Blaine showed up on time. These guys ROCK! I really mean it. They worked hard; they worked efficiently and I'm genuinely excited to be able to see through the 2 replacement windows and the 4' square tempered patterned-glass master bath window is perfect. 
Every window fit exactly. 
Robert and Blaine were a great team. The attention to detail and their insistence to clean up after their work was impressive.
I recommend A-Plus Glass for replacement glass and I will be using them for any future work I need done (which, BTW, may be a glass shower enclosure we are thinking of doing to update our master bath.)
One last thing: I have been resistant to using Angie's List. I mean, me and Google--we got this. Right? Not so much. I'm sold on Angie's List. Not only do I believe that I saved money on the job but I also got it done right the first time.

Great! I love the guy that came out to measure everything and eventually do the work. I believe his name was Matt or Chris, possibly. They've been referred to me since by another contractor I worked with, and I'll most likely be calling them in the near future to help with my shower door.

The shower door hinge broke on our master base shower enclosure from years of uses.  Since no one could determine the manufacture of the original shower enclosure it was determined that the whole enclosure should be changed out.  From the initial quote to the actual installation everyone from A-Plus Glass was top notch.  They were on time or a little early.  Completed the work on time and left the work area cleaner than they found it.  I will be using them again soon for the quest shower enclosure.

They came over at the expected time to look at the window and provide an estimate. After accepting their bid, they came back in a timely manner to install the glass and were very professional and took time to answer all of my questions.

On a Sunday morning, I called the after hours emergency number, and spoke with the owner.  I explained that I had a window with a rock through it and need a replacement.  He said that if it was secure, it would be cheaper to do on Monday.  When I explained that wouldn't work do to work constraints he said ok, he would be at my house between 2 and 2:30 in the afternoon (he had two prior installs to do.)  He asked approximately what size the window was, and was it single pane, clear, etc.  He then gave me a price based on the window and the emergency call service.  He was at the house at two, was done in 40 minutes or so.  Explained exactly what he was doing, and the total cost was spot on the estimate.  Excellent job, great service!

The technician arrived on time and was able to get the door fixed in a short period of time.  Was quoted exactly and finished professionally.  Will definitely use A-Plus Glass again.

I called A-plus and they were able to come out same day and look at my shattered storm door in order to give me a bid.  They gave me a reasonable price to have the work completed and they advised me it may take a couple of days as they had to order the glass, the technician whilst at my home to give me the bid cleaned up and removed all the glass.  I was happy with the price and the timeline for completion so I asked them to go ahead.  I got a call the next day and the glass was installed.   I am extremely happy with the work and the excellent standard of communication and customer care they provided.  I highly recommend this company, great service.

Broke a window glass over the weekend and the estimate provided by Aplus was better than others.  Came the same day and told us that the window was not clear glass as we thought and installed the right one.

They have a very good service and they have a very good responsiveness.  They price they charge is reasonable. They serviced me very well.

Scheduled me to come the day after I called. Shoed up a little late, but let me know so I was able to adjust my schedule.

The only problem occurred on the day of installation. The door didn't fit so they had to take it back to the manufacturer which delayed our install by 4 or 5 days.

Very good. Had a disappointing experience with a top rated another company. Called A Plus and set up and estimate time. Jay showed up on time. Measured,informed me of what can be done and what miht happened and gave me an immediate estimate, Cost was less then expected.
Set up appointment for a week away. Got call a week early, they had a cancellation. They came at new time promised. Chris and Kevin where professional, di the work and when they presented the bill it was $30 less than estimate.  They were able to use old bevel edging so did not charge for estimated new edging ordered.
