I called them about doing a home inspection they weren't my first choice but my realtor dealt with them before and it was good. The guy that i had told me and the realtor that he would be finish at 11:45 or 12:00 because the house was smaller but he didn't finish until almost 2 which was a issue. Secondly he had somethings on the report wrong and said that he would go back and change it and he didn't. The price i guess was reasonable but when you have a schedule any you go over by a hour or 2 that's an issue because it cause my realtor and me to be late for appointments. So i wouldn't recommend them do to the 2 problems that i ranned into.

As a first time home buyer the whole process can be a bit daunting. I scheduled an inspection and Robert Ramirez came out to do it. He was excellent! He took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions, even the silly ones. He showed me how to work things, gave recommendations and showed me how to troubleshoot if something happens. I highly recommend him for your home inspections!

The guy brings out his iPad so you can see the results right away. It was great. I really like the guy. He explained everything. He didn't try to sell me on any additional services.
