Mr Sanchez was very responsive with setting up a quote and then getting the job started. His employees were prompt and friendly. The fence required more sanding than we anticipated and was obviously a lot of tedious work. We were extremely pleased.

We had quite a lot of work that needed to be done to our townhouse. Minor repairs on grout and wall leaks to door replacements and repairs and the largest project, painting the whole house. Everything went smoothly and the work was done well. I always think to contact Alberto if any repairs are needed.

Our realtor told us he and other realtors in his office routinely recommended Alberto to their clients because of the quality of his work. I thought that was a good sign and boy was that right! We couldn't be happier with the quality of work performed by Alberto and his crew. They were always punctual and went above and beyond to do excellent work and they constantly asked if we were happy and were willing to adjust if we needed anything. I plan to call Alberto in the future whenever I decide to do anything else in our new home. I highly recommend his services!

Smooth process especially for construction work done.

Contractor was the same one who did some initial work to the townhouse I bought.  At closing, the selling agent recommended him to do more work to the place, especially since he already knows the place well.  Contractor did an excellent walk through with me.  I'm a first time home owner and was nervous that contractors were going to rip me off.  This guy literally told me "not to do some things" because it wouldn't be worth it "right now" or that the project would balloon into too much (e.g. the bathroom).  He was so right; I really valued his honesty and integrity.  Because he was so genuine I decided to have him do the work.  

He had his men working first thing the next day.  They worked late into the night to meet my schedule.  He was extremely responsive and professional.  Great guy.  Did a few little small things on the side because it wasn't too much trouble for him.  

Took great care of my place and very detailed.  He has been working at full capacity just from referrals.  I told him to get on Angie's list to reach more people and highly recommend him.
