They came out quickly to what I was calling an "emergency". Door was fixed and adjusted.

Had a very pleasant experience getting garage door fixed. One spring was broken and they recommended replacing both and the wheels for $285. Called them today at 2pm and they came out same day at 4pm to fix the garage door and now it's working much better and is so much quieter! Thanks for the awesome service today guys!

Our 30+ yrs old overhead garage door kept coming up and not closing. Contacted this company via Angie's List. Got a response from Alan within an hour or so, who came in later and diagnosed the issue: the motor unit was the culprit. He laid out options, I chose to replace the overhead opener unit altogether as there was no point fixing the old unit. The estimate for replacement (part and labor) was $399. Another guy came in as scheduled and performed the work. Overall, I was highly satisfied with professionalism, honest assessment, and quality work. Really appreciated a few additional services at no additional charge. The door works beautifully now. Solid "A" from a very picky customer!

Allen was extremely helpful. Came over right away and found out what I needed and installed it the next day! He suggested that I really only needed 1 panel but with a 10+ year old door, I decided to get a whole new garage door because I knew Allen was going to do a great job. Very honest and professional and I would definitely use this company in the future and recommend to anyone needing garage door repair, replacement or service. Great experience.

Alex arrived on-time and did a good job solo.  He cleaned up thoroughly and even took the time at the end of the job to help me program the new panel/remotes.   Very pleased with the service provided.   They previously serviced the door in 2011.

I was having some trouble with the sensor on my garage door. I called and the gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very nice and helpful. They sent a tech out who repaired my garage door and did a great job. My only complaint is that they advertise that they accept the check a pro $25 gift card, and when I asked the tech to apply the $25 discount he looked at me like I was crazy and told me he did not know anything about check a pro, or the gift card. This was disappointing, it sounds like they might need some more communication and training but I was very happy with the man I spoke with on the phone and the quality of the work completed.

In less than 24 hours the door worked better than it had in 20 plus years. He replaced both springs so that they would be a matched set and then installed new rollers. He saw our door opener and said it was a very good model and he hooked it up and got it working like new.
We used to have a noisy and difficult to operate garage door. We now have a very quiet and properly working garage door. 

We called 911 Garage service after trying to get the door back on the track ourselves. It was already 6 in the evening but we didn't want to leave the door open over night. I spoke to Allen at 911 Garage Door Services. He was friendly and honest and gave us a price over the phone based on my description of the "incident" :) Jay came to our house within 45 minutes and had the door fixed in an hour.  He was able to put the cable back on, fix the track, put the door on the track and reinstall the weather stripping that had fallen off. He also bent the door back into shape. He even added a brace for the door (we have one long garage door for a 2 car garage). It is quieter than it was before!! They never tried to sell us anything else or say we needed additional parts. The price quoted over the phone was the price we paid. Thank you 911. We highly recommend them!

I called 911 Garage Door Service first thing the morning after a faulty spring nearly caused the garage door to come off the rails.  To my satisfaction, they were able to send out a technician on the same day for the repair.  The price was upfront over the phone so there would be no surprises.  The technician called when he was on the way and showed up on time.  An estimate was given that the repair would take approximately 90 minutes and they were right on the money.  There was no funny business with the price and recommendations were made based on the age of my garage door (but no one tried to scare me into buying more than I needed). The final cost was exactly what I expected to pay.  The technician was very professional and was actually a joy to chat with while the repair was being performed.  I will definitely keep the contact information handy for 911 Garage Door Service for all of my future garage door needs!

In a word AWESOME. He looked at the door and new how long ago it was installed and gave me several options. There was no pressure to purchase a new door or even new sections. I figured I would need a new garage door, tracks, and rollers for the door to work like it does. Alex took the time to make sure the door opened and closed without a problem.

Allen was responsive, courteous, and professional.  He responded to the request for service on a Saturday, and reviewed the situation on the same day.  Allen set appropriate expectations for what was needed and a timeframe for repair, and followed up as he promised.  He walked me through several options, recommended an appropriate solution, and repaired the garage door opener in a timely fashion.  A few weeks later when an unrelated problem surfaced, 911 Garage Door repair responded the same day, and fixed the situation free of charge.  Very well done.

I think it went exceptionally well!  Allen was on-time, polite, did what he said he would do and for the price that he quoted.  We were really
thrilled that he was able to schedule us so quickly.  As a part of his services, he inspects the door, springs, etc. and he was very up front and we didn't feel like he was trying to up-sell us on anything.  Super happy with the new opener and LOVE the key pad entry as a just-in-case.  Would recommend Allen!

I called and left a voicemail for Allen around 10:30 on Monday morning to inquiry on a price of replacing a 16X7 garage door for my home.   Allen called me back within 20 minutes and answered all of my questions and was very friendly and helpfull. I told him that I still had to think about it and I would call him back.  He said no problem and did not pressure me at all and said I could call him anytime and schedule to replace the door.  After talking to a few more companies I decided that Allen was the most helpful and informative and also offered the best price for the quality of door he would install.  I called him around 1:30 to let him know I wanted to go ahead with the replacement.  He had the installer out within a couple hours and had the door installed and the remote programmed by the time I got home from work!!  His installer, Marcello, was very nice and did a great job!  I was really impressed with 911 Garage Door Service!!! Lane was here within 30 minutes of my calling to request service. He was professional, quick to repair the door, and was very helpful, advising me on how to optimize the life of my opener.

I called Allen this afternoon at 4:07 pm and by 5:45, he was repairing our garage door.  He explained all options before he began working and told us how much it would cost. It only took him around 45 minutes to make the needed repairs.  He is very easy to talk to and has a great rapport with customers.  We were so impressed with him that we've decided to make him our ongoing garage door service provider.

Our garage door had to be 'helped' up each time and (call me spoiled) I was completely frustrated about doing it twice each day! After searching Angie's List for reviews, I settled on this company. I called the company on my way to work, explained the situation, and they had looked at it and returned my call by lunch the same day. (Both the gentleman I spoke to when I called in and the technician were knowledgable and friendly.). As it turned out, the opener needed to be replaced. They came back out the next morning, replaced everything, and called me to explain the new system. The entire experience was nothing short of AWESOME! I would recommend this company without hesitation.
