John and the team at 3rd Coast Developers did fantastic work! I highly recommend them. My project took several months, but it was worth the wait for the cost savings and quality of work. John and team were very flexible around my schedule. As we got closer to install date, John kept up with communications. John was on site to check on the progress and was very open in communicating everything that was going on. Even for the small obstacles, John would call to check my thoughts before making any decision. The crew did an amazing job and came back to fix any minor issues. Overall, John and 3rd Coast Developers is a very good company to work with, and you can read the other reviews that say the same. I will definitely be returning for future projects I have in mind.

Third Coast did an awesome job of painting and had a privacy screen to my gate. It was very professional, and in a very timely manner.

3rd Coast crew did a wonderful job installing our custom aluminum pergola. They were fast and professional while addressing any concerns we had for the project. John was very informative and walked us through the entire process from design to install. While the pergola took a few weeks to get built, it was well worth the wait for the quality of the product we received. I highly recommend using 3rd Coast for any aluminum projects!

I talked to John Barajas, the owner of 3rd Coast Developers. He was telling me about the aluminum powdered gates that he makes. I was immediately interested in this kind of gate simply because you never have to deal with corrosion like rust. Now thatâ  s my kind of gate. Wow I was just ready to buy it . Out of nowhere, a random car smashed into our fence and electric gate. Third Coast gave us a fair estimate for the repairs and completed the work efficiently. ad been trying to get a gate and swing gate operator installation after my fence guy blew things off and several other companies were ridiculous on pricing. Was just picking up gate but ended up hiring them to do install also. Showed up early to get the job done and followed up along the way. Stuck around through full day of this bad storm to finish up. Great guys and I would highly recommendâ ¦ and unfortunately I canâ t do that very often. Hard to find good honest people these days.

Johnny was efficient personable and on the job right away... I got tired of being put on back burner by other company and went with him... the install went smoothly, done in no time and price was competitive and also way under some other bids...

John and the team at 3rd Coast are, hands down, fantastic. We just moved into a house and needed a gate installed on a fairly tight turnaround. John came out late at night to inspect the job, introduce himself, walk through the project, etc. etc. and couldn't have been more professional and kind. He and his team came out less than 72 hours later for the install and did a fantastic job. The gate looks great and was done for a very reasonable price. Couldn't recommend John and his team at 3rd Coast Developers more. Grade AA+++ work, service, and price - what more could you ask for.

3rd Coast did an excellent job installing a gate opener and repairing my iron fence that was leaning. Outstanding customer service and communication. They showed up when they said theyâ d show up and did the work they said theyâ d do all for a very reasonable price. I couldnâ t be more pleased.

They were very professional, completely the work quickly with great quality. Highly recommend.

Showed up for the estimate on the day scheduled, explained our options clearly, ended up upgrading the fencing material to something that would last longer (same price), and threw in some finials to boot. Work was done the next day, and very well. I was very pleased.

This guy was great and Iâ  m pretty picky

They are very responsive, look out for issues you may not have considered, and complete the job thoroughly.
