Chris is very responsive.  The workers arrived on schedule, and Chris did not expect payment until we were satisfied with the work.  But his prices are higher than our typical service provider.

Shortly after the passing of my parents I discovered that there was a leak coming from their bathroom.  I asked Chris if he could let me know the next time he plans to visit Galveston so I could me him and he could take a look at the problem.  Well, he called me a few days later and informed me that he had some business to attend to and if I could meet him and he would take a look at my problem.  He discovered that the seal around the toilet wasn't secured and had started deteriorating.  It was quite a challenge for him because he wasn't familiar with the old piping structure of the older homes in Galv.   So after a little time he came up with a plan.  He had to completely remove the pipe and replace it with PVC piping.  He visited several mom & pop plumbing stores to get the correct fittings and to get advise. He also informed me that I needed a new toilet because the old one wasn't going to hold the new seal.  It's funny how Home Depot only had the toilet and none of the specialty fittings we needed.  But that goes to show how we still need our small businesses.  He understood my situation just losing my parents and this was an expense I really couldn't afford but he took care of me and worked with me on my payments.  Because of that kind gesture I knew he would be my go to person for all my major household maintenance needs in Houston.  Trying to get him to Galv. is a bit difficult and I understand that and I will not penalize him for that either.  I've referred him to my of my co-workers and family members who stay in Houston.  I'll just have to find someone who I can share that same form of trust with on the island.

I was referred by my neighbor who used 365 Maintenance for the same reason I needed.  I was extremely impressed with the quality of work and needed my issue resolved ASAP.   I called and left a message introducing myself and the reason for my call.  I received a call back within 1 hour.  I was out of town at that time but it didn't stop Chris from driving past my home to evaluate my situation.  He gave me a quote by phone and email.  We met in person at my home few days later so I could sign off on the quote and he started work when promised.  The finished project exceeded my expectations and I was even more impressed with his problem solving and craftsmanship.  Chris and his team needed no supervision or micro-management.  He completed my project on time and cost quoted.  I was out of town the entire time and although we only met once for about 30 minutes I knew he would be someone I could trust and use again.
