+ -1 moreI own rental property in Watertown. My tenants called to say they couldn't open the front door. I called 24/7 Boston locksmith. Estimate. 30-45 minutes later, one guy show's up. Drills out the lock, takes all of 5-6 minutes Then informers me it will cost $285 to replace the barrel of the lock. ( the part he replaced you can buy for less than $20 ) 15 minutes and $285. Later he was done. Nothing quite like the feeling of being taken advantage of. They advertise on their website- lock change $25 Ignore website prices, when they show up they will have a new and special price for you. Will never use the 24/7 Boston locksmith again.
Description of Work: Changed barrel in front door lock.
