big John's septic service

I was waiting for another septic company to come out for a month.  I knew they would be a few weeks and finally they were supposed to be out the first part of July.  The first part of July came, they never showed, or called.  When I called, they said it would be even longer.  I called several companies to come out, because I was pretty sure if someone didn't come out the waste would be coming into the house.  EVERY company I called said they couldn't come out till after the holiday due to the holiday OR because they didnt want to have to hold all of the waste due to the facility being closed over the holiday weekend.  
I explained to Jeremiah the situation and they said they would be out Friday. John & Jeremiah  showed, they did a great job, even with the challenges that came up that required them to work longer than they anticipated.  They never complained and were very nice about it all.  After all three tanks were pumped out, they cleaned them out also....some companies will try and convince you it's not necessary to pump all three tanks or clean them.  After the tanks were complete, they checked the pump, aerator and sprinkler heads..replacing one.  The guys gave me a lesson in aerobic system maintenance and also what not to do in order to prolong the life of the equipment.  
These guys are very polite and do a great job for a fair price.  I will be using them from this point on.
