Showed up on time and performed job to our satisfaction. We cannot get them to return phone calls. They neglected to give us the serial numbers of the units. We need them in order to register the warranty. We have asked for them twice and no one has returned the call.

I like everything about them. They were very knowledgeable and explained how to take care of the roof and the work done in case there was rain to prevent damage, and they also assured me of the quality and strength of their work. There were six or seven workers here and they took three days to complete, had it not been for the rain they could have done it earlier. I did not get a second estimate from anyone, I was just told about them by Cowan the people who make the same stuff, and they have a preferred listing of contractors. I also got the pricing from a number of other people as to how much it is going to cost for my work and I found his pricing reasonable. I have more work to be done and I might put a solo fan in my roof, and may also do my garage door because he told me how to do it myself and I appreciate that. They always come and check and guide their workers during work.

The sale personal was here on time, however did not explain the estimate nor had a break down of the estimate.  All he did was handed me a written estimate and said here it is.  I would not go with this company at all!

"I really don't understand this rating from the member. There was never any contact with the member from the start to finish of the estimate. The only possible explanation is that they have confused me with another company. The member contacted the company requesting an estimate for her roof. I called her & made an appointment for the estimate. I arrived on time for the appointment, introduced myself to the member when she met me at the door. I informed her that I would be measuring her roof & writing her estimate & I would present it to her in a few minutes. I measured the roof, put the numbers together, drew up the estimate. When I went back to the door, she came outside the home with me & I pointed out details of the estimate by showing her on the roof & explaining it to her in layman's terms over the course of approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. I ask her if she had any questions & she said that she understood & would have to talk to her husband & hoped to be giving me a call to do the work. As I have been doing this for over 20 years, I felt like I had won her confidence as a contractor Again, I don't understand the basis of this complaint. We did not do any work for them, only the free timely & well -explained estimate as per the member's request."

They were extremely responsive (the particular rep we had might have been a tad *too* eager at first, but it turns out to just be his personality), professional, flexible, and did a good job in a very timely fashion.
