MCD CARPETS

M.C.D. Carpets was recommended to me by a friend: and I would recommend MCD to my friends as well. Upon calling them and talking to a service representative, we quickly set up an appointment to meet in my home to get an free estimate. The representative came prepared with samples and the knowledge needed to answer all of my questions. The estimate came in about $600 - $700 less then one of the biggest carpet dealers inthe Houston area and both estimates were for the same quality carpet. The carpet we picked had to be ordered, but arrived in just a few days. Two days later, the installer was in my home installing carpet. The install went flawlessly and the job was done professionally, on time and it looks just great. Only after the job was done were we asked for any payment. We gladly paid for a job well done. The day following the installation, MCD called me and told me that they did not have to do all of the work that they thought they would have to do to install my carpet and that they owed me a refund. They wanted to know who they should make the check out to. Two days later I received a small refund check in the mail. I was very pleased without the refund ... but the fact that MCD took it upon themselves to give me a refund that I never expected or asked for just puts icing on the cake. Great Job M.C.D. Carpets!!!!
