Lawn of the Month LLC

Couldn't be better. Brian took our yard from a very poor state to one of the best in the neighborhood. Couldn't be happier. He seems to know just when to treat for what.

The provider has been fertilizing my lawn about every five weeks for the past two years. The lawn is healthy and weed free. The fertilizer regimen is aways appropriate for the growing season. The provider leaves a note each visit explaining the work that was done as well as recommendations for watering. This is a quality service that yields noticeable results over time. Highly recommended.

The come every 45 days for fertilization and week control for the month. I would recommend them because they are good. They tell me how I should be watering when they come and what to expect, and what should be happening.

I've been using them for the last year. They did fertilizer and weed control for the month. They are pretty good about explaining what is going on. I am not pleased the lawn didn't come around, I couldn't say what they are doing is working.

They do work periodically every 90 days. Quality is an A, I have very nice lawn. I would use them again in 90 days, I plan to. I only have one negative comment. They come times come out without calling ahead of time and letting me know they are going to come out. I like to have a lot of the lawn when they are going to come out. Sometimes they have a sign that says "your lawn is the lawn of the month" and I don't care for those signs. I wrote the guy so I think they are going to contact me. I am not in a contract. They do good work. My lawn looks great. I am happy with their services. It took a month to notice the difference. My lawn was pretty good to start with, it was not too terrible. Often they do their work and leave the invoice on the door, and the sign on the lawn. Sometimes I am home and I don't even know they are there. I would like a little more personal contact than that.

He has come two times with his crew (he does not send people out w/o him - he is out there spraying as well). Lawn is looking much better. No contract/required amount of time to sign up.

He's very good. If you have weeds, they will come out and fix them for you. I never saw the workers.

I didn't have to sign a contract with them, but I told them to put me on their schedule, so they come out every month. I would use them again.

The company was prompt and provided an overall lawn/soil analysis. Work continues but the yard looks 100% better already and the owner is always courteous and prompt. They know their stuff!

Bryan responded to our inquiry right away, showed up at our house within one day, told us exactly what was going on and what he could do to help us. He was honest about telling us that the problem we had would take an entire growing season (one year) to get turned around, but it could be done. He also gave us a handout explaining how to water and mow the grass at different times in the year to optimize root growth and health of the grass. We have had two treatments so far, and we can see the grass starting to turn around and do better. We still have a way to go before the grass is strong, but we feel confident that Bryan is very knowledgeable and capable and will get our grass good and strong. He has been very reliable and responsive.

I have been using the service for a couple of years now and my lawn is very green and healthy looking.
