The Big Deal was for an AC tune-up and I wound up needing a part. My air conditioner ran for about 4 days and quit. I called my neighbor, who has his own company, and he sent one of his technicians by. He said the guy used the correct part but he didn’t tighten it so it burned out and it ruined the part. My neighbor replaced it for me at no charge.

First of all, I've been using Rick Koenig for all of my A/C and heater work for numerous years now and have always had great service.  He always returns calls promptly.  My most recent call to him was due to a leak in the PVC drain pipes coming from the A/C unit in the attic.  At the end of a busy day Rick still managed to squeeze my emergency into his schedule.  

The PVC pipe connections in the attic were not glued together when the home was originally built.  So, when the A/C unit's PVC run-off pipes became clogged the result was a water leak in the attic.  Rick cleaned out the blockage and properly sealed the pipes.  Even though only one A/C line was leaking he also cleared out the line for the second A/C unit to ensure I would not experience the same problem with it.  He also took the time to instruct me on the proper maintenance of the lines to ensure the drain pipes do not become clogged again.

Prior to this, I've had Rick repair one of my A/C units after a lightning storm damaged it.  He also replaced one of the home's original A/C units after it died.  Rick is a man of integrity and always stands by his work.

Service tech came out same day with a clean uniform.  Very tidy and professional, unlike any HVAC Contractor I have ever dealt with. 
Fixed the problem in a timely manner and very fairly priced.  I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family.
