Tony did an excellent job and explained everything to me in a way I understood.

The work went fine and they did what we asked them to do. The price was good and right and we didn't have any problems. They replaced the lights with energy efficient and long lasting bulbs.

It went ok. After the estimate and us agreeing to have the work done, they were supposed to call us the next day to set the appointment. It was 3 days later before they called back, but other than that and someone leaving a bottle of water in our attic, it went fine.

The last time they came out I thought one of my outside units on the air conditioning system would have to be replaced. It rutned out to be minor. They could have told me it needed to be replaced and I would have done it.

Carefully listened to my concerns...we discussed options that had been offered by other companies and then American contacted the manafacturer of the original equipment so that all specs were met..and in doing so the cost was about $200.00 less than other quotes.

They are my number one resource for anything and everything from A/C, plumbing, and electrical. They did a fabulous job. They are on call 24/7. Usually I call in the middle of the night. I have never had them say that they couldn't come out. Everyone that has came out her has been someone I had no problem welcoming in my front door. The workers are courteous and professional. They do exactly what they need to do. I have never felt like they tried to upsell me or sell me work when it didn't need to be done. Everyone from start to fnish is first class. They are my one stop shop for electrical, A/C, and plumbing. They are a great bunch of repair guys. They are friendly. I have never had to have their work redone.
