 + -1 moreSean and his crew were very professional, courteous and prompt in getting the work done. They are very busy, so it did take a while to get scheduled, but we were in no hurry. They were very careful and respectful of our neighbors' yards. We should never have to repair or replace this bulkhead in our lifetime, but if we had to - we'd use Browning Restorations again without hesistation. The price seemed a bit high, but what do we know about bulkheads?
Description of Work: Replaced our old wood bulkhead with a vinyl one.

Description of Work: I could not find anyone to give me estimates on exterior stairs and railing and Shawn was kind enough to give me an estimate to do the stairs even though he was booked for 3 full months in advance. Wonderful man and will use him for work in the future.
