Well, she paid him half the $$ up front. he didn't show up like he said he would, he avoided her phone calls. he didn't even call to say what the problem was, you know to let her know why this work wasn't getting done. He totally disregarded my mom's request of when he could come by. he never showed up and then had the audacity to get verbally aggressive with her over the phone when she said that she changed her mind about the job.. He basically flaked on the whole deal. And because of this very unprofessional and disrespectful behavior my mother opted out and he never returned her money, for the job that HE DID NOT DO! He has no known address, so we cannot locate him legally to settle in civil court! I am very disappointed with this situation. And if I can help so that no one else has to deal with this nonsense, well here it is. Do not hire this guy, for anything! I hear he has quite the reputation, ripping people off and not doing or completing the job

It went bad. They tore out most of what needed to be torn out, but in the process there were a few things that happened that I did not want to happen. My back bedroom window frame was bent to blazes and back and while they offered to fix it by trying to straighten it out I was at that point tired of them.... I had many tools come up missing and I had antiques that were broken up for no reason. My pantry bi-fold doors were taken off but instead of saving them they were broken up.. My ammo box that I had locked was broken open and most of my ammo and spare clips were taken. When I tried to complain to the owner about this he said it wasn't his people as they were vetted, which we found amusing since the main ones who did the tear out told us that they had been hired off the street and brought there for this and that they had never done anything like this before. We would not only never hire this bunch again, but in all honesty I would never tell anyone else to hire them either. The owner was not a happy camper when I told him all of this and that because of this we were not going to hire him for the rebuild.... All I can say is that be careful when you hire contractors because they are not all good even if they are on Angie's List.

DAVID IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, DOES NOT RETURN CALLS OR TEXT MESSAGES. CONSTANTLY SAYS HE WILL BE THERE TO FINISH JOB (WHICH IS MAYBE HALF WAY DONE AND TOTALLY UNLIVABLE) HE HAS HAD 5 MONTHS TO COMPLETE JOB AND NOW THAT HE HAS TO SPEND MONEY ON CABINETS, BATHROOM FIXTURES, TILE AND CARPET HE IS VERY EVASIVE. HE DUPED AN 81 YR OLD WOMAN.

Very good. David stands behind his work. Very professional. Prices great. Way ahead of schedule.

After using this company for replace a window with a door in our garage (which went very smoothly). We contracted again with him to have a shelves and cabinets built in our garage and fans installed in our outdoor patio area. ?After MANY delays, and lost money our garage was finished (not to our satisfaction) and then he never showed back up to finish the fans or electrical. ?Would not respond to text messages or phone messages. Do not use this company.
