I called Lonestar Installers on Wednesday. They had someone out to see us that afternoon. When they had trouble installing the new circuit board and control panel, they put the old one back in, cleaned up the mess, and said they would figure out the issue and get back with us by Friday. (The oven still functioned with recalled panel.)
Friday afternoon the serviceman came in, and fixed the problem completely and professionally. They did what they said they would do, and in the timeframe they promised.
