I am very satisfied with the service and work done. Great price too . My house looks amazing . Thank you Rene and crew for the great work. I highly recommend.

Highly recommend them, they did a great job from start to finish.  I was really pleased.

We saw these folks next door removing a neighbor's tree and asked them to provide an estimate for cleaning up our trees which had some dead branches etc.. We settled on a price and the work proceeded a couple of hours later. The trees look pretty good after they trimmed them. However, as they were driving off they ran over our fiberglass mailbox and post and destroyed them. The crew on site called their support and we were asked to wait for Joe, the owner, to arrive on site. 

Joe, my wife and I came to an agreement in which the price was reduced from $275 to $175 to cover partail replacement of the mailbox, we were to order a new mailbox like the one destroyed; and Joe's company would replace the post that afternoon. Well, it didn't happen, nor the next day (Saturday). On Sunday evening, I called and was informed by Rene that people would arrive between 9AM-11AM on Monday, didn't happen. I called at 12:30PM and was told they were in my neighborhood and were 20 minutes away, didn't happen.

On Monday afternoon, I left another message, not returned. I purchased a new post and cheap mailbox to use until the new fiberglass one arrives, and joined Angie's List.

In a nutshell, their work was ok; but the follow-up after a problem was "horrible". I lost a day following up the problem and fixing it, as well as, extra money for a broken post and new mailboxes. Joe's assurances about fixing the problem were worthless.
