Texas Comfort Solutions worked with us to install our new heating and a/c system in a short time frame. Shannon very patiently answered all my questions for months before we accepted his bid. Shannon and his crew arrived at 7:30am and worked diligently and politely for 12 hours until the system was providing heat and air. He did not have a thermostat that would work with a two-stage system so he installed a temporary one until he could return and finish the job two days later. He returned as promised and installed the correct thermostat and also installed the additional air intake grill. He went back into the attic to check his work since the new system had then been running for 48 hours. He sat down with us to discuss the thermostat, and to answer all of our questions. We are very pleased with the quality and the price that we paid for the service. Shannon's customer service skills are excellent and he is a skilled heating/ac technician and installer. We will definitely use him again and refer him to our friends and neighbors.
