The technician returned my call and followed up with an estimate to clean my carpet. His prices were very reasonable and he explained how the steam extractors clean deep down in the carpet. The cleaning was scheduled as soon as a day was set, and the technician was right on time. He didn't move the furniture because I had him clean the open areas only. He did an excellent job and I was very satisfied and would highly recommend them.

Usually, four rooms are cleaned. They move the furniture carefully and put it back where it belongs, as well as take care of all stains. The carpet dries in about four hours. The workers are professional and nice.

Bay Area Carpet returned my call quickly and came around to give an estimate. Their prices were a little high, but they explained how they could get the spots out of the carpet. The cleaning was scheduled as soon as we agreed on a day, but the two technicians were just a little late. They moved all the lightweight furniture, and put foil cups under the heavy furniture, but all the spots didn't come out because the carpet is old and worn. I wouldn't use them again for this carpet, but I would use them for newer, better carpet.
