He came by the house the day before the job to see what kind of fuse box it was and what he needed to get to bring to the job the next day. He was very effecient and knew exactly what to do to fix the problem. He was very fair in his pricing and labor costs. I had paid $99 online on Angie's List for a three-hour job, but it only took him one hour, so he credited the difference back to the new fuses and supplies he had to purchase for the job. I thought this was very fair.

We used a 99.00 coupon for 2 hours of electrical work and we knew we had several hours of work to do. Arriving on time, he worked quickly, was very pleasant and nice to have around. He cleaned up afterward. I plan on calling him again to change out more old-fashioned light fixtures as soon as I get them all here in the house. What a relief to find a great company to rely on for electrical needs. Trustworthy, nice person.

I contacted this company to get a bid/estimate on installing 3 recessed lights in out master bedroom.  After briefly speaking about the work we wanted done, Bill said he was busy and asked if he could call me back in a couple hours.  I am still waiting on that call from 3 days ago.  
He sounded nice on the phone and I am sure he does good work but I will not consider using him again due to this.  I am in sales and it is beyond my comprehension how someone that owns their own business can be okay with not following up on potential work/clients.  It must be nice that he is that busy and doesn't need the work!  I am not sure if it is because my job was too small or if it was because I mentioned the Angie's list coupon?
Either way, it is disappointing to not get the courtesy of a returned phone call.

Have made an appointment for a friday at 1pm, mid morning of that day he called to confirm time and mentioned that he might be running a little late. We changed the time to approximately 1:30 this gave him time to complete the job with a previous client. As stated he showed up on time and we discussed the scope of the job. He proceeded to work and did not mind me being there and answering any of my questions. Total time for the job was 3 hrs. He was very polite and courteous. Completed the work and made sure that if I had any questions they would be answered. I would defiantly recommend his company and services.

The whole experience was excellent.  I called the company before I actually took advantage of the special on Angie's list so I could better understand the process.  Bill Moody, the owner, explained everything.  I ordered the special $99 offer on Angie's list and Bill confirmed my appointment.  He arrived promptly and did the work in record time.  I was so pleased with his efficiency that I had him give me an estimate on some work that I might have done in the future.

Showed up on time, did what needed to be done.  It was a good job for a great price.
