Your Home Free LLC, - Team Nelson, is just a great group to work with! This is the 3rd home we have listed and sold with them. If we ever decide to sell our current home we will use them again! The incentive to buy your home through them and they sell yours for free, saves you thousands of dollars. They are very responsive and helpful every step of the way!

Team Nelson is a fantastic group of realtors who have a very organized system that coordinates each step of the way. There is always someone available to keep things moving along. Kelly and Lindsay put our house on the market on a Friday and by Monday morning we had a FULL PRICE offer. Not only did we get offered full price but no repairs were asked for and we closed in less than a month. The Sokora team helped us not only prepare for this process but walked us through every step of the way. They are both very pleasant to work with and never got frustrated with our questions, even when we might have asked the time and time again. Then came the part of finding a new place to live! Searching for a home in my desired location and price range was very difficult. The competition was/is fierce and can be frustrating when full-price offers are not considered. Team Nelson did not want me overpaying, despite the environmental factors and were consistently available when I wanted to view a home. All the team members were extremely helpful, informed and in constant communication with the parties necessary to move the process fwd. Make no mistake, as the buyer, you must put forth a healthy effort and prepare yourself for the unavoidable ebb and flow of excitement/disappointment. The team's progress is directly proportional to how quickly you respond to milestones along the way. All told, I would definitely use Team Nelson again and give them an A+ for their effort and expertise..

We just purchased our first home with the help of Team Nelson and I can't say enough good things about them! When we wanted to take a few months to look and understand the market, they were happy to go at our slower pace, and when we needed to move quickly to secure the contract they were right on it.

"We have one of the best and most referred teams in the world. Hundreds of phone calls and emails were responded to promply and accurately. Sometimes when our clients are being ridiculous, we have to point out it out. We can't let them actually steal items from the buyers. Everyone deserves to be treat honestly and fairly. Apparently asking them to treat others with respect didn't go over well. 1 bad review and 800 great ones. That may indicate which party has more credibility. p.s. Our golf tournament raised over $250,000 for kids cancer. Only people who love and respect others would appreciate this kind of giving."

When a flaky buyer canceled the contract through e-mail with no explanation at 5:00 on a Sunday, they were available for conversation. The next morning they were on the phone with other buyers that had made offers and on line with all realtors letting them know my home was back up for sale.
Team Nelson was patient with me and always 100% present during phone calls. I always had the feeling they were actively working to get my home sold. Letting time pass was not an option to them. It was clear from the first meeting that they planned to sell my home and do it quickly and that is what they did.
I loved the $$$$$$ I saved.
Team Nelson has a brilliant business concept and to me it seems chosing this realtor is the only good choice.

The best experience we've ever had in real estate was with Bill Nelson and his team. They always responded to us right away, answered all of our questions cheerfully, and reassured us when things were stressful. Every single person on the team worked non-stop with us over a period of two months. Honestly, I don't know when they ever slept! Team Nelson was different (in a very good way) from other realtors we considered when selling our home. Other realtors wanted us to spend thousands of dollars on updates and upgrades. The risk with that approach was that potential buyers might not like the carpeting and counter tops we would choose. Team Nelson saw that our house was in very good condition, and suggested a "sell what you have" approach. It took a little longer to sell our home this way, but it sold for a good price. We actually netted more in equity selling this way than we would have by spending money on updates and upgrades.
