"We are concerned about this. issue. the original contracted plumber told us the issue was with your fixture. you had requested a different plumber and we sent another one out and he said he wqas there 2 different times and nobody answered the door. the plumbing was taken off of your bill and we can schedule another time to come by look to at your water pressure issue .We will be happy to assist you with this at your convenience. thank you, Jason Jones store manager"
They installed all the granite in the kitchens around the walls and one big Island in the center.
The granite had to be spliced but they matched the Granite up and glued it together and polishied it out and you can not tell were the splice is.
We worked out a schedule for the tile installation around the installation of new kitchen cabinets. One crew member came the first day as scheduled to remove the old tile and cut back the carpet in the adjoining family room. This enabled us to expand the kitchen flooring. We then replaced the old kitchen cabinets the next few days and scheduled a second crew to come back and install the new tile. The installers did most of the tile on a Friday and came back Saturday to finish the tile. We scheduled a separate crew to come about a week later to re-stretch some of the adjoining carpet. The installers worked efficiently and always cleaned up any debris, so we were very satisfied with the results.

Dear Mr. Brede,
Our counter tops and tile backsplash were completed last Thursday and Friday. While we have no complaints about the counter tops and are quite pleased with the outcome, we are extremely unhappy with what occurred on Friday during our tile and plumber visit.
We waited from 10:00a until approximately 4pm when the plumber and tile ‘team’ arrived. Having called 3 other times and being told “on their way” we finally contacted David about 3:30p to say we would hire our own plumber and deduct the cost from our invoice. He managed to get the plumber there in less than 30 minutes, after waiting nearly all day.
The “team” was a single tile man who spoke very little English and his young son who was not really able to assist. No 2nd
team ever showed, as David promised at one point. Consequently, the tile job was not completed until 11:34 that night. The installer was clearly exhausted and left pencil marks on several tiles that we are unable to clean; broken, cut tiles in the front yard; grout that needed cleaning on the count tops and floor and several unattached electrical outlets. We are also unsure if we should lay a line of silicon or some other sealer along the counter top as it is likely to get wet, affecting the sand-based grout.
Frankly, we would have considered you to remodel our master bath based on the workmanship, but have little confidence in your
ability to fulfill contracted jobs on a reasonable timeline. Since we located your company via Angie’s List, we are disappointed that our experience did not live up to the reviews we read.
We look forward to your response regarding our service issues.
Sincerely,
Keith Quigley (Teresa Brammer)

Note: we have never gotten an answer from anyone at the company and even though the tile and the countertops look great, we would not consider using them again unfortunately due to the way we were treated on that Friday. It was both frustrating for us and unprofessional of the people at Granite & Tile Outlet, in our opinion.
Other issues: The people who installed the back splash didn't reset the electrical outlets, so we had to call them back. The sink connection sprung a leak the first night, so the plumber had to come back the next day to fix it. The bathroom tile installers didn't reconnect the toilet properly so the connection started leaking. They came out again, and still didn't get it right.. I finally called my own plumber who replaced the flexible tubing that connects the toilet to the wall. Granite and Tile agreed to deduct the cost from my final bill.
On the plus side, the cabinet person they use does excellent work as does the company they use to clean and seal the grout, and the granite and tile look good.
